2nd Accounts characters aren't showing up in my "Select character"

I’m trying to change my active character I comment on the forums with, and the characters on my 2nd account on the same battle.net account are not showing up? This is also affecting registering the character or finding them on Warcraftlogs.

Anyone else know how to fix this?
