2K possible with healbot?

Been playing this game a long time, I’ve mained a warrior in pvp for years.
I want more flexibility and I am playing heals. I got a 60 Druid and Shaman.
I used to heavy raid heal with both.

I made it to 1800 last season.
I don’t keyboard turn or back peddle, everything except heals is hot keyed.
Damage, Defensive, CC, Utilities like roots totems bash ect ect are all hotkeys.
So only my main healing is on healbot, I manage to stay pretty mobile for kiting while being able to heal. I tend to turn during GCDs while I’m strafe running.

I know I’m Gimping my mobility but I can’t see how I’ll be able to hockey and manage adding in keybinds for targeting partners and the heals and dispels and still manage all the things you have to track with onmibar, positioning, CCs , interrupts.

I made it to 1800 in 2s and 3s end of last season mainly with random from lfg.
Will pushing 2k be doable with click healing?
What do you think the ceiling is with click heals?
2100?

What’s my best comps to play with for Dru and RSham?
Should I try to learn the healing hotkeys?
Doing this will definitely take several weeks as I only minimal time to play.
If yes, I’ve been unable to find a hold my hand guide to hotkey healing. I’ll definitely need one.

Things I need to fix Tunnel Vision. Tracking DRs and CDs.
Learn how to use weak auras as I currently do not.
Still learning the muscle memory or my hot key abilities.

Maintaining good arena positioning even with partners who tend to tunnel as well.
And adjusting camera angles.
This is the one I do the least as when I manage to force them to switch off me while casting its time to heal my partners. Normally I toss heals then fix my camera.

I’m able to identify all this in hindsight but I lose some of the focus in play. What’s best to fix

I met a rival-duelist healer in wod who went on to get duelist almost every season of legion then started getting gladiator in bfa and has been glad since who clicked. Either most or all of his stuff, because it lead to a few losses because he was fumbling around.

Is it ideal? No, but if you’re comfortable with it then it’ll be fine. Targeting teammates (or enemy players) with keybinds, or setting focus, etc, can take a lot of practice.

I’ve used mouseovers to heal/dispell since mop. Definitely doable.

for sure

for sureeeeeee

def macro dispel for party1 and party2 tho ive noticed this is a deal breaker in lfg

I heal in arena the same way I used to heal in raids. I use mouse macros on frames, everything else is keyed. I’ve made it to 2200 once, and Duelist on several classes doing it so far. I’ve yet to feel like I’ve peaked and can’t possibly go any higher.

I also know two different people who have got glad multiple times straight up just bar clicking all of their abilities. I think you can play about however you want if you can make it work for you.

This.

Keybinding is obviously more efficient, but there are lots of people who don’t. Generally they play casters when they see success.

I knew a rsham who clicked to glad from s5-s12

anything is possible

Ive hit 2200 in 3s and 2s with healbot but I find it better and to keybind and macro everything but it is definitely possible.

Hitting 2k clicking your heals is definitely possible. People might disagree with me but today’s world of warcraft isn’t the same as old times you can literally get 2.2 with any healer no matter how they play if the 2 other dps knows what they doing. The only real set up comp thats still in the game is rmp

I mean if you’re already that much invested into PvP and want to improve why not just learn healing “the correct way” without healbot since it will always be easier to work with target macros and your eyes + mouse somewhere else than on ur raid/party frames. It is possible but not recommended.

i use binds that dont require targetting my teammates or myself for heals…allows me to target enemys…only bad thing is i have to ask for lead b4 every match…so my raid profiles match party 123 macros
