The obvious solution is to give players access to % healing food/water like we get during christmas/halloween.
But dont expect blizzard to ever actually implement a decent solution for anything, expect the laziest, lowest effort, most nonsensical thing they can do.
Would have made way too much sense for them to make essence mangoes from ZG turnins be % food instead of being worse than the ST turnin food.

And 8k lava bursts being able to fully heal, 4k chain lightning being able to fully heal and 10k Starfire with 10 seconds of godmode! Cool story
