Hey gang I return to Brewmaster and one weird thing on sims is getting new tier is an 8% loss even one raid tier above current gear.
I need to be on 660+ full tier to barely beat our current damage-wise. Am I doing something wrong?
I am a delve Andy tho… genuinely considering just sticking to S1 set the whole way.
S1 tier was a massive bandaid fix to our horrible damage output and our new tier is shambles in comparison.

DEFENSIVES BEING TIED TO RNG PROCS IS BAD AND UNFUN DESIGN.
It’s an out of left field suggestion but imagine if they add S1 tier in full just as a baseline to Brews. 
And add Keg of the Heavens and DF S3 for talents and replace the god awful mid and bottom talents we have.
They did that with MW Chi Harmony, so it’s possible
