Theres some low and medium pop servers to choose. Id choose a medium one like Netherwind.
They are not going to open any new realms until the current batch is all at high population. If you’re still stuck in a queue, then more people need to move from that realm. Blizzard can open the realms, they can’t force people to move. It’s up to the players to actually want to help themselves out.

The transfer servers are `100% unappealing to established players who dont want to leave their friends, and new players who dont want to be on a lifeless server. We need non transfer servers

Just wait it out today. In a few more weeks you probably won’t even have to wait.

Only the unwise would roll on those overflow servers. Maybe you should check the forums from the people that went there. They are all crying because the server is a ghost town.
Apparently every one but you knows that overflow servers always end up as dead servers. Consider yourself enlightened.

You can’t be serious. Look around these forums at all the crying over the new transfer servers having such low populations! Move or reroll on those if you’re not happy.
I sure hope Blizzard has their earplugs in and their masks over their eyes. It’s going to be a long week. 
Or simply accept the queue for now and wait for half the population to fall off and end up on a Full turned High Pop server with no queue instead of a Medium turned Low pop dead server…
Either way, stop complaining about opening new servers. If anything, there’s already too many open.

lots of servers set up without a queue time, no more servers required. Go make a new character and have instant fun.
