i think i saw somehwere that the pvp tabards of season 1 and 2 will come available as a physical item in game to those that achieved the rating.

They’re currently on the PTR, yes.

Available for purchase if you have the elite achievement for that season, although yet unknown if that’ll let you buy it on the char with the elite achievement or the whole account. PTR is the latter but it’s the PTR.
hopefully that. would be kinda weird to be able to get it on all chars.
