Entire ally team moving off GY camped by 10 warlords and such, staying as ghost until it ends. Just to queue into another of the exact same scenario next time.

Yep sounds like how I remember the early days.
They dont want people to AFK farm BG’s but what else is there to do when you’re a ghost 100% of the time anyway.
Might as well be afk-botting. Absolutely no difference at all and not affecting anyone.
Premade teams tend to scout the match, then once they determine if it’s a pug, low level premade or premade that can cost them gold decide to stay or leave. The problem I find is when they take the queue because they know it’s a guarantee win they go out of their way to make that pug team farmed at the graveyard.
Honestly if your a premade and farming pugs as they respawn to pad your honor then finishing the match your a cause of a issue that will help kill this game sooner then later. Then you won’t be able to show off those inflated ranks and either go back to private servers or retail.
