When I originally created my characters I highlighted the RP Ruleset, then clicked Select, which brought me to the RP Ruleset server. I created my characters there. From the point of view from my personal account if I click on any of the other Rulesets and select those there are no characters of any other Ruleset. If I go back to the RP Ruleset, they are still there.
I checked internally as well, just to make sure.
Of those posting who are having an issue I checked several of them and confirmed, yes, they appear to be on the RP-PVP Ruleset (or in some cases just PVE). I am not certain why that is happening, I don’t know if you are selecting RP and actually getting RP-PVP and it is just showing RP (indicating a likely display error and/or routing error) , or what, but the characters look to be created on RP-PVP and not RP. That is what is being looked into.
I understand the frustration. I play almost exclusively on RP realms myself. Even if the game I’m playing doesn’t have that designation there is usually an unofficial server that is selected for RP and I go there. I always have.
We’re working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
