In the WoW: Forever menu screen and after selecting “Normal”, “PVP”, and “Roleplay” I get an error message:
“No Realms are currently available, WOW51900309”
This happens anytime I try and select gameplay rulesets.
I have tried:
- Checked my WoW account for the correct purchase (I have the biggest version of the WoW Forever package and an active sub)
- Restarted computer and Battlenet, and checked for updates.
- Tried logging in through the in-game menus, as well as logging out and back in through the client.
- Checked if account is banned and mine is not (others experiencing too checked if banned)
Issue seems to have been resolved - please post below if you encounter this error

Blizzard has truly nailed the WoW Vanilla experience. The launch-day chaos and update issues are exactly how I remember them from the original game.
Technically the game hasn’t launched, just reservations for names, just FYI. I’ve seen a lot of memes though this last week. Lol
I have been trying for 2.5 hours to reserve names in Forever on the NA RP realm. I am caught in a constant loop of "No realms are currently available. (WOW51900309). I get this on any ruleset.
I have tried the following:
- changed DNS settings, complete with DNS cache flush
- tried VPN through Chicago to change geo-location
- uninstalled Beta
- uninstalled Forever, deleted the entire forever folder too
- reinstalled Forever
- tried an entirely different computer
What is going on?

Not sure if this is related, but all my friends who got banned on beta for names aren’t able to create names and are getting this error. Those of us who didn’t get banned haven’t had any issues.
How come I had to find out you guys knew and responded from a random player in GD?

It is just frustrating. It has been a long couple of hours just sitting here clicking, I am sure it has been even more so for you guys.

So my question for you, Vrakthris: where is this information on THIS SITE, being posted for transparency purposes? I ask because, many folks like myself, do not use Social Media to get updates of what’s going on with a Service that is currently down. I don’t want to have to go to X (TWITTER) or any other location other than HERE to get updated on what’s happening.
These players rely on your transparency and the ability to communicate these issues. You have the perfect platform here to do that and I just don’t see that happening.
30min of disconnects and now 2 hours of WOW51900309, should we keep clicking? Why hasn’t it been communicated in the battle net client, I kept seeing the oceanic bug notification in my client, and now the downtime notification, but nothing on the issues I am experiencing.
