Account was banned from forever Beta, sent appeal haven't heard back just yet

Hi, I’m looking for some guidance regarding an account action I received in the WoW Forever Beta.

My account was recently banned for suspected RMT. The appeal page also mentioned that my account had received a large number of player reports.

Shortly before the ban, I had an interaction while farming in Raven Hill where other players were also farming, I was continuously being trained with mobs by other hunters and they were seemingly annoyed with my presence.

I also helped my girlfriend who has a brand new account move gold from her main to her alt since she cannot send mail with items or gold yet (she is not banned).

I understand that the forums probably can’t overturn an account action, but I’m trying to figure out whether there is a way to have the underlying evidence manually reviewed rather than relying on the reports themselves. I have not intentionally participated in RMT or purchased gold.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation in the beta, particularly an RMT action that may have followed coordinated player reports? If so, was there a particular appeal/review process that resulted in an actual investigation?

I’m happy to provide Blizzard with whatever account information or logs they need through the appropriate private support channel. I mainly want to make sure the action gets reviewed based on what actually occurred on the account.

Thanks

Customer Support has no involvement with any actions that are applied to Beta accounts. I’m afraid there are no means of appealing that we can assist with.
