New Enemy Buffs
Glory to the True Horde: Creatures in the Celestial Dungeons will have their Damage and Health increased.
Kor’kron Banners: Banners are now planted throughout the dungeons that empower nearby enemies.
Periodically, a boss is influenced by Garrosh Hellscream, and will use an ability based on one of his loyal followers from the Siege of Orgrimmar Raid.
General Nazgrim, Wavebinder Kardis, and Siegecrafter Blackfuse have answered Garrosh’s call to arms.
New Player Buffs
Sensing the impending conflict against the Kor’kron, the Celestials have a final empowering boon that is bestowed upon players when all four Celestials are summoned simultaneously. The stars themselves will reshape in the sky to signify this immense moment.
Celestial Witness: Witnessing the arrival of the August Celestials infuses players with the Celestial Witness buff, increasing their Damage and Healing done, and reducing their damage taken for an extended period.
New Challenge Mode Dungeons: Diamond difficulty will become available with weekly resets in each region on Tuesday, June 23.
The reward for Diamond times in Season 3 will be the Celestial Ox transformation mount.
too bad the dungeons themselves never change… so god damn boring running the same ones time and time again. utterly soulless. almost a year of the same dungeons now. why not at least rotate out the scarlet ones..? i dont understand from a design perspective why theyd make something like endgame dungeons be so necessary without ever freshening it up beyond the random event raid mechanics. the bosses and enemies themselves are just groundhog day level repetitive and no matter how long i take a break i dread doing celestials every time cause of the awful dungeons.
Is there any fix planned for how a lot of people week 1 were able to get 6 warforged seals and the rest of us got stuck with 3? And then this week they were able to get ANOTHER 3.
Its mostly the same ppl using exploit’s and out of bounds strat’s to make times that are nigh unbeatable unless they as well use the same strat’s, they need to actually fix the dungeons an break the macro they use to set reign of fire down an use it again when they are nowhere near it.
I also wouldn’t doubt if they blizz employee they have in the discord gets a kickback from it all since he hasn’t done anything on the blatant exploitation an cheating they have been doing at all.

Im not claiming anyone exploited but there were plenty of clips showing people bugging through terrain.
Theres plenty of discussion around December of last year in the achievement disc talking anywhere from 1 mill per dungeon to 5 mill total or 150$ per dungeon it wasn ’t exactly kept quiet. You expect me to believe that everyone that sold carries is just sitting on 20-30 million gold and didnt cash any of that out or take paypal?
cheats; i.e. methods not expressly authorized by Blizzard (whether accomplished using hardware, software, a combination thereof, or otherwise), influencing and/or facilitating gameplay, including exploits of any in-game bugs, and thereby granting you and/or any other user an advantage over other players not using such methods.
That is taken from blizzard’s end user license agreement, so in reailty yes you an everyone else that is going around terrain, going under the map like you have done multiple times in both season 1 and season 2 of cm’s.
People are conflating two different things, same as they did in season 1.
They see the world record videos that are posted, which are doing out of bounds and reset tech and all kinds of “cheating” to go faster, stuff that is used by like 2 or 3 groups in the world for absolutely zero reward besides your name at the top of a third party leaderboard.
And then they see “title time rewards” which are trivial to earn without ANY of that stuff that was mentioned in a handful of hours once you have your plat toys and 5 people to log in on reasonable classes.
And they make a connection that those strategies must be being used for those carries, which is ridiculous. If you have tried any of the pulls people are doing with out-of-bounds (like Gekkan up to 1st boss in MSP) you’d realize instantly that you would never intentionally do that in a 4-man trying to carry a buyer, because you will wipe dozens of times learning the pull to go ~30 seconds faster, and it was completely unnecessary to make the highest rewarded time bracket in the game.
Also I don’t really know for sure, but the two carries I’ve done for titles were nowhere near that much gold per dungeon. People are either getting ripped off like crazy or someone is just telling you made-up numbers.
i see the fact you have posted a pic of the chat from above in the CM discord but i would also point out that i have seen one of your people posted carries in game before so i call BS on not giving out carries for gold.
I wrote in my message I have done 2 title time carries for gold. That’s not against ToS as far as I’m aware (on retail they even made a separate channel and LFG category for selling carries) as long as its not RMT. But yeah, I play with people who do a lot more carries than I do. I still don’t see how that supports any narrative about the blizzard devs getting rmt kickbacks for cm carries, or people getting ludicrous amounts of irl money for doing that.
