The Blacktalon Quartermaster is bugged and isn’t selling the legendary cloak bases. One of my guild’s tanks, who had been using the dps cloak all last phase, cannot acquire the improved tanking cloak now. Please fix.

I am having the same problem, please make sure this is fixed before the release of the raid.

Last night I was able to buy the cloaks for off spec on two toons, now today, they are missing.
Yep, same here. And, I’m almost 95% certain that it converted my pally’s tank cloak into an agility dps cloak when I completed the quest from Wrathion. I did see in chat that someone claimed to receive a healing cloak instead of a dps one on their shaman, so there’s two data points.
(I say 95% chance because I can’t rule out that I bought the wrong one by mistake a couple days ago)
+1, also having this issue. Please deploy a fix ASAP.
Bump, As a MW monk, the DPS cloak was BIS for ToT, Healing cloak is BIS for Siege. It would be nice if Blizzard had like this thing other companies have called a “QA team”
We’ve identified an issue that is causing this for some players in this region only.
This issue has had the following impacts:
- Players can’t buy replacement cloaks
- Players can’t pick up legendary quests or campaign quests
- The new Brawler’s Guild is inactive
It’s looking like we’re going to fix this with realm restarts soon today. Please keep an eye on Breaking News for when that may occur.

Also the honor quartermaster is selling belts for conquest, not honor points.
