They do. The trick is you mute the tab and leave Twitch full blast. Twitch thinks it’s playing to you with ads and everything and you’re properly afking.

That’s my understanding at the moment. We’ll try to point out when they are on a different one, but these types of promotional items are currently planned to be on this same vendor once you’ve unlocked access by earning the first one.
