1. Eligibility
To participate in this Promotion, you must meet the following conditions:
1.1 At the time of participation:
(a) You must be a legal resident of one of the following:
- United States of America (50 states and the District of Columbia, but excluding Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions) and be at least 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska, who must be 19 years of age or older and residents of Mississippi, who must be 21 years of age or older); OR
- Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and be at least 18 years of age or older; OR
- The Republic of Korea and at least 19 years of age or older.
(b) You must have a Battle.net account in good standing.
1.2 Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or relatives of such employees are not eligible to participate.
1.3 If you violate our terms and operating policies during the Promotion period, you may be excluded from the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion will be held from November 4, 2025 to November 11, 2025 (Pacific Time).
2.2 The Promotion period may change without prior notice.
3. How to Participate & Prize Conditions
3.1 Follow the Blizzard Customer Support account (Bluesky - @support.blizzard.com). Repost Blizzard’s promotion post.
3.2 If you do not complete the Promotion participation information entry, you will not be considered a participant.
3.3 If you participate using another person's account, your participation will be canceled without notice.
3.4 If your personal account subscription information is set to private, you will not be considered a participant.
3.5 Winners will be selected by random draw after the Promotion ends, and the results cannot be contested.
3.6 Winners may be required to furnish additional information, which will be used by Sponsor for the sole purpose of administering the Promotion (including, if applicable, executing a separate consent form regarding the collection and use of personal information). For winners residing in Canada, before being confirmed as a winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or telephone.
3.7 A participant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the participant’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements to claim the winner’s prize have been fulfilled, and (iii) the participant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Failure to timely respond to the notification or provide information requested, a return of the notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in such potential winner being disqualified. Sponsor will have no further obligation to that potential winner, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any failure by a potential winner to accept the prize for any reason. Winners will be announced by Sponsor on the Game Twitter accounts after the Entry Period ends.
3.8 Winners will be announced on November 12, 2025 (Pacific Time) via the official blog and social media.
3.9 If you use another person's video or image to participate, you will be excluded from winning. If any issues arise regarding the creation, disclosure, or distribution of your entry, all legal responsibility lies with the entrant.
4. Prizes
4.1 Up to fifty (50) winners will each receive: One (1) World of Warcraft: Midnight – Beta Access, which will be activated directly to the winner’s Battle.net account. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $500 USD.
4.2 Prizes will be delivered to winners within ninety (90) days after Sponsor’s confirmation of a potential winner’s eligibility. Blizzard is not responsible for misdelivery or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable, and you cannot request cash or other goods in place of the designated prize.
4.4 Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute prize (or a portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4.5 International shipping is not supported.
4.6 For prizes valued over 50,000 KRW, taxes and public charges will be incurred and must be paid by the winner. Additional personal information may be collected from winners for tax reporting purposes, using a separate form.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sponsors and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, consultants, and agencies are not responsible for:- Issues arising from incorrect, delayed, damaged, or distorted submission information;
- Malfunctions or failures of phones, electronic devices, hardware, software, networks, the internet, or other computer-related equipment;
- Promotion interruptions or damages due to reasons beyond the sponsor’s control;
- Typos or printing errors in Promotion-related printed materials.
6. General Conditions
By participating in the Promotion and claiming a prize, you agree to (a) all official rules and conditions, (b) warrant that your participation does not infringe on the rights of others, and (c) delegate all rights to Sponsor. Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and all employees are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation or the use, receipt, or loss of prizes. You also agree that Sponsor's liability is limited to the cost of Promotion participation and that Blizzard is not responsible for legal costs under any circumstances. All disputes, claims, and causes of action related to this Promotion or prizes must be resolved under the laws of the State of California. You are solely responsible for any injuries, property damage, or losses related to participation, receipt, loss, shipping, or use of prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for any contact issues with participants due to technical or human error. All interpretations and decisions by Sponsor regarding entries and rule application are final and cannot be changed.

8. Privacy
By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and its Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.blizzard.com/privacy-policy. Participants confirm that they have acknowledged the privacy policy. Entrants’ personal information may be transferred to the United States of America for the purpose of this Promotion. Entrants have the right to access, ask for erasure, and correction of their personal information and can request such action as detailed in the privacy policy.
9. WINNERS LIST
To obtain a winner’s list, send a request via Bluesky to the Blizzard Customer Support account (@support.blizzard.com) referencing the World of Warcraft Promotion Sweepstakes Winners List. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
