About Us: We’re a group of mostly previous CE raiders returning that have acquired multiple realm firsts back in ICC. At peak we had 8 25 man groups going at any given time. < WHYPE > is a Two-day progression guild on Stormrage alliance. Formed by a group of friends who play competitive Overwatch. Our goal is to provide a competitive raid environment with a fun atmosphere. We are a small guild with a lot of potential looking to bolster our roster as we raise our goals each tier moving into shadowlands.

Mission statement:
This guild will not operate as a hardcore Cutting Edge guild, but we will operate as a Mythic Raid guild trying to achieve Cutting Edge. Please internalize this statement. Our goal is to foster a community of players who enjoy playing with each other. We will not treat people the way that hardcore Cutting Edge guilds tend to treat people. That said, we will establish clear expectations from our Mythic Raid team. We will ask people to sit, and we expect people to be willing to sit. About Us:
Many of us have previous hardcore progression and Mythic raiding experience from various raid tiers or expansions. While currently working through Normal/Heroic content we have plans to try to go to Mythic if we solidify the core 20 people.

What we offer:
Enchants, gems, food, flasks and pots can be created by our Master Craftsmen, often for just the materials. We provide Flasks and Feasts, we will expect you to have enchants, gems, pots, seals and augment runes before we begin the raid. We are helpful and constructive - if you need something we can get it or help you get it. We love innovation, we love pushing the limits, we love working together as a team. We are fun and quirky, sometimes we have to be serious but we are always working to improve and most importantly we are here to have fun.

What we want from you:
Being able to raid 3 days a week for 3 hours a day, preferably Thurs-Sat 7pm - 10:00pm Server (ET). Your best, fully optimized, best stats ever DPS set cannot be below 180 gear score (ilevel). Be on time, be prepared, have current knowledge of your class and of the boss encounters. Understand directions and be able to carry out assignments. Have previous raid or mythic + dungeon experience and/or you can play at a competent and competitive level. Be able to take constructive and friendly criticism to improve and play better. Be able to maintain a mature demeanor during raids while having a sense of humor during stressful situations ex, Wipes, loot distribution, disconnects.
We are experienced raiders who like to clear content and have fun. We all have full lives outside of the game and looking for more of the same minded folks to join our Team. We understand life happens and being part of a team that won’t drop you is very important.

Hey Lessers,

We’re looking for a healer to round out our roster. Check us out:

Proficient (formerly known as Proficient in Wagons) formed during ABT and has stayed active throughout the end of Legion and through BFA. We are 9/10 H in Castle Nathria, and were 10/12 M Ny’alotha. Our Raid Nights are Tuesday/Wednesday 9:00pm to 12:00am EST. We usually do alt/optional runs on Saturday based on interest. We are not a hardcore guild aiming for CE, however we do like to make progress in Mythic where we can, which means raiders should come with knowledge of the fights before raid time. Currently, we are doing farm content on Tuesdays and progression content on Wednesdays. We are currently working on Heroic Sire Denathrius and expect to down him quickly and be ready to move into Mythic immediately after.

Pushing M+ keys has been a growing priority in the guild as more people are looking for challenging content outside of raids. Our active members are currently getting their high keys done every week and like to challenge each other to push as much as possible. We had multiple guild members with .io 3k+ in BFA and are already climbing to high .io score at the start of Shadowlands. Future members are welcome to join push teams if they are interested and able.

Our main objective and priority is to keep up an active and enjoyable community throughout Shadowlands and into the future.

We have an active discord at night and highly encourage its use outside of events for greater enjoyment of the game. Discord is required for events (raids).

We are looking for a few dps and a healer to round out our roster. Mythic spots will be set by performance and/or comp for progression, and then we try to rotate people in for re-kills.

Its Mine I Licked It (US-Stormrage - Alliance) is recruiting for 2-day-a-week raiding in Shadowlands!

Its Mine I Licked It was founded prior to the launch of Shadowlands by a group of friends with significant hardcore raiding experience. All of the founding members have played WoW since The Burning Crusade or earlier, and have raided since Wrath of the Lich King or before. More to the point, each of the founding members have at minimum US Top 50 experience, and we have all held leadership positions in competitive raiding guilds.

However, life goes on and people get older, and we all stopped raiding or even playing the game all together in either Legion or Battle for Azeroth for individual reasons. However, we also love this game and have come back over the last few months (or for some of us, never left at all). For all of us, raiding is an integral part of this game, and that’s what we plan to do. Still, we don’t want to break our backs pushing the true bleeding edge of end game content like we all did for so many years.

In Shadowlands, we will clear all Mythic Raid content as well as provide an environment conducive for Mythic + dungeon runs. However, we are all at the point in our lives where pushing late hours or extra nights to clear a Mythic Raid is not what we are looking for. Instead, we want to focus on a less grindy experience while still pushing ourselves and playing efficiently.

The raid schedule is TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 8 PM EST – 11 PM EST. We will only be raiding 6 hours a week, so we will be pulling at 8. In other words, the ability to be on by 7:45 or so is important/necessary.

Who are we?

We are a semi-harcore group of raiders that branched off from our previous guild at the start of Shadowlands to pursue more challenging content. We are looking to fill up our roster while doing heroic, then getting straight into mythic when we have the team. Our guild lead is a previous Cutting Edge player and we all have many AOTCs and mythic kills under our belt.

We are a no bullsh*t, progression oriented guild and will be pushing for Cutting Edge each tier (after this rebuild phase). We have a solid base and will do what is necessary to get CE. Joking around outside of raids or during farm content is encouraged, but if we are not performing well, discord needs to be kept quiet. Mistakes are completely ok, everyone makes them, what matters is that you learn from them and don’t make them again. If this becomes a pattern, you will be sat or removed if necessary (this includes officers). Outside of raids, our members are very active pushing keys and several pvp.

Goals

We are currently in the process of rebuilding our roster and finishing off heroic before moving into mythic. Our goal after that is to push Cutting Edge each tier and be constantly improving. We also have players that are looking to achieve high m+ scores or arena rating.

Why join?

We are currently in a rebuilding phase and are looking to build up a solid heroic roster before we get into mythic. This is a great time to join if you are a progress oriented player who wants to make the leap into mythic but does not have the experience. If you are willing to put in the effort, this is a great opportunity. is a great environment for people willing to learn and who have always wanted to make the leap into mythic. We have many veteran players that will work with you if you are also putting in the time to research and improve as well as fix any mistakes. If you do have prior or current mythic experience, that is a bonus, we have many talented players always looking for ways to push their class even further.

Trial Process

If you sound like a good fit, we will contact you (see details below) to discuss your trial period. This will be a standard two week process that will be an opportunity to show us that you can perform in a raid environment, have the proper dedication required to complete mythic content, and that you are a good fit with the rest of the guild. During heroic progression, trials are not required to server transfer, however if you pass the trial OR we are starting mythic progression, being on Tichondrius will be mandatory.
