I was going to make a separate thread for this, but I decided to use this one.
I just wanted to thank Blizzard for an outstanding 20th anniversary event. The three months from Halloween through Winter’s Veil with the ongoing anniversary celebration has genuinely been the most fun three months I’ve ever had in WoW. I have engaged the system and classes more deeply than at any other time that I’ve been in WoW, facilitated by highly rewarding timewalking queues and Bronze tokens sources practically everywhere, leading me to LFR, world quests, event quests, Chromie, etc.
The anniversary was brilliantly planned, full of thought, detail, and care. I can tell you guys busted your asses on this one. Hats off. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’m glad I was able to get the core hound mount as I didn’t play during Warlords. The 8 hour downtime on Christmas eve was probably the only thing that went poorly. Just why, still doesn’t make any sense.

Now that the 20th Anniversary Event has concluded, we are converting players remaining Bronze Celebration Tokens to Timewarped Badges in the Undermine(d) update.
The exchange will be 20 Timewarped Badges for each Bronze Celebration Token matching the boxes that were on the vendor. This exchange will occur upon logging in for the first time after Undermine(d) goes live.

Aww, I intentionally kept 4 tokens, fully aware that they would become worthless, as a memento of the event 
Could you please just put the conversion items on the normal Timewalking vendors instead so that it’s optional?

It was still a waste of dev time. In the preview leading up to the event, Blizz made it sound like some amazing thing which no one would want to miss. It ended up being a glitchy dud. Why bother with all the effort to create it if the final product is so sad and pathetic And sure, plenty of players will fool themselves into thinking it was great, but people also believe angels are real so, yeah, people can make themselves believe anything.
