Hey everyone currently re-rolled to WW mained mage for some time now and played monk on and off for a few years but loving this class once more. I’ve been CE multiple times and aotc practically every single patch. Recently I’ve been pvping more and taking a back seat slightly hit my peak at 3100 Last season 
! However I’m looking for a semi-casual raiding guild currently I’m 9/10H Through pugging mostly and did it roughly at 185ish ilevel so my logs aren’t there really. Preferably Alliance but will definitely consider horde (just depending wouldn’t want to spend 60$ on xfer & faction change). Looking forward to hearing from you all!

3/10M and 10/10H Guild No Turning Back

We are a guild on Sargeras that has an active community, both in game, and on Discord. We are active during off raid nights with mythic+ and other in game content. We are a 2 night, 6 hours a week, raiding guild with intentions of achieving Cutting Edge. We have built a solid core and are looking for a few more raiders to add to our community and roster. We like to joke around and pick on each other all in good fun, but when it comes to progression we know how to change modes and be serious to get content down. Our atmosphere is extremely important to us, therefore we have a zero drama tolerance. We are looking for long term raiders with a competitive drive and a desire to always improve. Requirements:
• Mythic+ requirement TBA.
• Have DBM/Bigwigs, Exorsus Raid Tools, RCLootCouncil, and WeakAuras.
• Be on time for raid invites with consumables which inculde pots, food, flasks, and runes.
• Knowing your class. Keep up to date on the latest and greatest talents, and gem/enchant combinations to perform as well as possible on each fight.
• Research each fight for your specific role/class.
• Sign up to raids on the in-game calendar.
Attendance: We are looking for competent and reliable raiders that can maintain at least a 90% attendance rate. We are all adults with lives outside the game so we do understand that things happen. Our policy on missing raids is to notify an officer at least 24 hours before raid, unless an emergency occurs.

We review logs when we see an issue, look at what you are doing correctly and where you can improve. We do not have a hundred officers for everything—our team is a team that works together to do this. Low performance is not an immediate means for replacement, consistently low performance, and aversion to asking for or accepting help is. We are not hardcore, but we do like progression. We are aiming for CE, but if it doesn’t happen, we’ll just keep pushing for it into the next tier.

Progression: Tues/Thurs 8:30-11:30 EST
Optional: Sunday normal 8:30-11:30 EST (alt/myfriendsarebadbutwanttoplay)
Optional: Monday clean up 8:30-11:30 EST
We do keys, some of us pvp, some of us play around on other games together outside of all of this.
