2022 Level Required for Headless Horseman mount

What is the 2022 Level Required to be eligible for the Headless Horseman mount drop? I’ve seen old posts and it is a bit confusing whether the level requirement changes every expansion, or if it is just due to the level squish.

Level 50 was what it was last year, so it should be the same unless there’s a blue post later on about it.

what about broom mounts? that can be used after halloween
