Every year I am completely prepared alt-wise for Valentines event. Look at my mog, I’m very serious about this HAH
But this year, with the squish, it makes it hard to know what the minimum level is for a chance for a drop. 51? 55?
Do we have any information yet? I would really, really hate to not have as many proper-levelled alts prepared for this once-a-year event/chance.

That is some serious bragging rights! Such a whacky mount ahah, very cool. I have the halloween mount and I use it on literally every one of my alts since the day it dropped for me, so I guess even if I never get the v-day mount, at least I was lucky enough for the halloween, which is equally as cool 
I think something in the 40s. They wouldn’t make it more than 50.

The mount has always been for a very high ilvl(current content) so…keep dreaming.

The HHM required level 60 so don’t get your hopes up.

I try every year as well, with four accounts worth of Alts. Hopefully the epic box is 50-60. That’s usually how it works. 
It wasn’t for the Christmas event, blizzard went full stooge on us and made it max levels only, I am guessing it will be the same for this mount too 
If Blizzard’s treatment towards Christm- Winter’s Veil event post-squish is any indicator, it’ll probably only reward boxes with the mount to level capped characters.
I felt like that once I completed the long strange trip achievement. I put a very weak effort in for the rocket in every year because I am convinced it doesn’t exist like the cow level.
From what I’ve seen, you can only get the holiday mounts from the epic end-of-dungeon bag which is only available to max level characters. You will need to run it exclusively on level 60s if you want a chance at the mount.
Gonna have to say you’d best run it on max levels unless Blizz officially says otherwise.

No it didn’t. Didn’t the Hallow’s End happen during pre-patch so no one was even 60 yet? Wowhead says level 45 for the epic box.
OP, my guess is level 45 since that was the Hallow’s End requirement. Also, that is a great mog!
Recent years minimum level for mount was previous expansion cap.
So hopefully 50 this year.
