Not getting the quest for the first TW dungeon and its not a boosted character. This is a known bug and has been around quite a while, maybe forward this to the higher ups instead of pushing out 90 dollar store mounts, thanks!
Tech support is player discussion on crashes/latency, you should edit to move this to bug. There is no one on TS to push this up higher.

No thanks, the amount of money and time I’ve saved with a bruto is worth exponentially more than a 200 TW quest item randomly not dropping.
