Bruh, I have a family, why must Blizzard do this. I play as much as I can, but getting 200 sparks of life feels like a full-time job where your boss is scamming you into working while paying them.
Are we part of some AI training program? Why else would you make this quest feel like torture. Why else would you get 1 spark per player kill, 10 sparks per world quest, and 10 sparks per crate.
I know some have gotten their sparks…is there a trick to doing it in 3 days, most of which are week nights when the zone is seemingly pretty empty? That’s all the time I have each week to play. My friends are sadly smart enough to avoid this quest like the plague, unlike me. It’s definitely not an enjoyable experience to constantly roam the zone, telling the friends you play with you can’t really do much outside of the quest else you will miss drops and player kills, and ultimately not meeting the quota anyway.
The quest this week was in the least populous and laggiest zone, the Azure Span. Grabbing every crate drop, completing every world quest in the zone, and killing every player I have found and I’m still not going to complete the quest before reset.
Anyway, my point is 200 sparks is absurd yet entirely required to stay competitive in PvP, especially at the beginning of the season. Also absurd is the 1 spark per player kill. Why not 10 sparks per player kill, or have it tiered, 10 sparks for a level 70, less for lower. Perhaps lower the bar to 100 sparks. This quest feels like a way to just keep people busy in the worst way.
