2 WoW Accounts/1 Battle.net login - War Within missing on one

I have 2 WoW accounts under my single Battle.net login. My 2 accounts were both previously upgraded to War Within and still reflect that on the launcher. Logging into my first account does not show War Within at the top left and instead shows a regular WoW logo. Beneath the logo there is an upgrade button on the screen. Logging into my second account looks normal.

EDIT: The Warband question I removed as I misunderstood how it work - All toons across both accounts are not combined on this screen, as the accounts are still separate.

These are two separate accounts, everything is fine.

Did you read the post? Or are you just assuming he’s lying?

my second account has war within but ingame it shows the “upgrade expansion” button on the character select screen too

I believe that upgrade button appears if you didn’t purchase the max level version on an account. I bought the top one of my accounts, and the one below it on the rest, so I don’t get the upgrade button on one, and do on the rest.

that’s kind of annoying design since there’s no reason to buy the max level one more than once as far as i know

Hasn’t it been confirmed that warbands will be combined, even if you have 2+ accounts tied to one bnet?

You’re correct, there isn’t.

As I understand this is how it should be working, yes.

Try logging out for a while and then back in. A few of my friends were missing characters and then once they logged back in like 10 minutes later, everything was fine.

i thought they would share warbank but still be separated by account logged into was that a wrong assumption?

You are correct on that. I misunderstood what was supposed to happen. Edited my post.

Now I see, so while all your toons on all your accounts are merged into the Warband on the backend, you’re still only going to see the toons associated with that individual account displayed.
