2 Weeks from Aug 9th. Characters still gone

Per the post below 2 weeks from August 9th characters are supposed to show up. Today is 2 weeks from the 9th. My Herod Characters that I moved to TBC are still not available in TBC. They are still missing from Sulfuras.

Would like this to be done before Prepatch. Getting worried. What’s going on

Only one of my characters has transferred, and that was randomly a week ago. I’m still missing three 60+ alts, starting to feel like they have been deleted.
