I have my pug summoned, twitching eyeball equipped, I /pray at the obelisk and nothing, no key of shadows. I changed the zone to before, nothing, changed it back, nothing. I went and bought the 25k pug outfit, nothing. I am not getting credit and I wasted 25k. wtf. I have watched videos, I copy what they do, NOTHING
Are you wearing the correct items, toys, pet and pet costume? I would suggest double checking the items you need.
You mentioned that you switched the Vale phase back and forth. Make sure you are in the phase from BEFORE the N’Zoth invasions and BFA (there should be no invasion events going on). Beyond that - yeah, I guess like the poster above me said, make sure you are in the right spot and double-check your pug, your costume, and your toy. Don’t fly off as soon as you do the /pray emote, it can take a minute or so to register.
sounds like early onset vertigo.
i ended up grouping with someone who was also doing that step. try hanging around and seeing if someone else shows up. it felt very fickle. there were three of us with various pets and pieces/ didn’t work. left to get the pug outfit, came back and it worked. (and i totally didn’t use the pug outfit right after I bought it which pretty much wasted the time and gold…)
