2% Movement Speed Per Unique Gem Color doesn’t stack with enrage speed bonus?

my WA tells me my movement speed

with the gem and 4(?) colors my move speed is 123.8% even with enrage

when i take helmet off (which has the meta gem), my speed drops to 113%, and then when I get enraged it goes back up to 123%

shouldnt it be 133% with enrage then? doesn’t seem to stack which is incredibly disappotinging

yeah it’s a non-stacking aura ( u can only have one of these active at a time, strongest one will overwrite others), so it will stack with speed stat / baseline increases like ghost wolf or druid forms, but will not stack with things like sprint / your enrage as you just found out

yeah it’s lame. doesn’t stack with fel rush speed buff either so you just spec out of it. seems like a bug to me since it doesn’t state that in the tooltip.

On that note, did they ever fix the damage reduction gem actually working on most stuns?

I have the precog gem because I thought it would be useful but if I juke a kick it’s by pure accident. Should I change it out for something else?

Nah, all the meta gems are extremely minor, but precog is the best by far. It doesn’t matter too much on healers, but can be absolutely clutch when casting a rep or searing glare

None of them really stream. The best boomy streamer atm is for sure camel (I think the twitch is myfreecamel). Samiyam, Rudar, Dipi, and Rev are also r1 boomy streamers and some of the best players in the game period, but they don’t stream 3s on boomy often.

Ya!

  1. Maintain dots
  2. Be in eclipse
  3. Pair trees with incarn
  4. Use dreamburst wrath, surges, and FoE during trees. You have a short window with 24% bonus spell power whenever you cast trees, so make sure to time your burst accordingly.
  5. Avoid damage. It’s cool to cast in between those first 4 things, but realistically you will take way more damage than you’ll deal and you’ll just die if you try to play too much.

How do you be in eclipse? Granted I’ve played mcchicken about twice in my life.

Exactly, so buff the others!! That has been told since beta forum, but for some reason they never listen!

Hardcasting two wraths puts you in lunar eclipse and hardcasting 2 starfires puts you in solar eclipse. each buff lasts 15 seconds and is ~21% bonus damage.

Im not opposed to small buffs, but tbh despite precog being the best we’re still seeing BM hunter and fury warriors run over everything.
