People can compare Elemental and Enhancement. Elemental tree is a worse state than Enhancement tree but Enhancement’s damage profile is a lot worse than Elemental’s.

I dont know what’s funny about the worst dps spec of a class that only has 2 dps specs having their worst counterpart buffed. Our best counterpart doesn’t even rise above middle of the pack in damage.
Enhance is one blue post with “target cap increased to 8 baseline for chain lightning, flame shock spread uncapped” away from being a real Outlaw killer. Enhance could be so much more with what we have.

If you took two seconds to go to my rio or even click on my profile on this page, you would see i’m 3k. And i took a break and almost got a frost mage (class i never played until THIS SEASON btw) to 2800, and only that low on my mage cause i didn’t get base 10-12s on Tyran last week cause of ilvl and not wanting to get carried. It’s a joke how bad y’all are and blame it on a rotation. The rotation is EASY for ele once you learn the difficult part which is spreading flame shocks and keeping fire ele uptime high. The maintenance of ele isn’t even difficult right now, and then you get straight into blasting. Ele is FINE but it’s the dang tier set that got voted back that’s keeping the meatball build alive. Soon as it changes yeah ele will need help if they are underperforming but they AREN’T right now. Don’t see how yall can take something fun and turn it into something problematic.
It’s okay to disagree with people, but just because you don’t agree with them doesn’t make someone bad. Bro was 3.4k last season. We have different opinion. Your score is lower than mine in raid, does that mean I should be calling you bad because we disagree? No. We have played the spec during different iterations and you happen to like this, that’s okay.
Just because ele feels FINE to you, does not mean it feels FINE to the rest of us, even if it is EASY to play. We’re all aware ele is in its most brain dead iteration in years and fun to you, does not mean it’s fun to everyone else. If you find it problematic long time shaman players have a problem with the current state of something, maybe take the time to understand why.

No. I’ll be playing enhance if it’s halfway decent or another class. Only reason i haven’t completely rerolled this season is cause i already started with my shaman, unfortunately. Sunken cost fallacy and force of habit. But you can have whatever opinion you want, but the moment someone get’s to talkin about:

Dude got 26s and 27s done last season, there’s classes that couldn’t even push that high because they’re absolutely butchered. & You’re complaining about the playstyle of a class that these same shaman players voted for, instead of voting for something with a better playstyle and waiting for tuning. lol.

This is honestly the biggest L of the class.
Why develop the skill and deal with some of the clunkier less streamlined mechanics to do mediocre damage. When I can hop on my destro lock and press rain of fire and be the top dps in the key.
