+2 Fishing on Gloves does not add to fishing skill

I have verified that gloves Enchanted: +2 Fishing does not add to fishing skill.
Whether the gloves are equipped or no gloves, +2 is not added to fishing skill.

I paid about 400 Gold for this enchant that is broken. Please REMOVE it from the game until fixed!

It increases classic fishing exactly like it says it does.
