I’m new to the class, but every place I looked shows Frost DKs using 2H in PVP. Should I be running 2H or 1H. Does it make any difference (still undecided on Unholy/Frost).
UH is 2h only. Frost can go either for PvP. 2h slightly more bustier during kill windows, DW more sustain damage. Use which ever fits your vibe.

For Frost, the toss up is if you want more pressure during PoF windows or if you want more sustained damage the rest of the time and more survivability.
2h Frost benefits from MotFW, which makes them frost damage obliterate crits chunkier. DW will give you a bit more damage throughout the game, and more runic power which means more opportunities to death strike or frost strike with shattering blade if you run it.
I think both are fine tbh, I hear a lot of people say DW is the way to go, but most often I’m seeing FDKs roll with a 2h. On my DK I’m liking DW more personally.
DW effectively lets you run 3 runeforges which is significant.
Honestly though, i would just play with the best weapon that you have.
