Hi team! We are looking for a merger with another guild roughly our side. Our raid days are wed fri 8-11 server.
The roster right now sits at around 12-15 raiders. I understand as a gm all mergers do not go to plan. I do have a few stipulations.
- I don’t care if we move to our guild. Or your guild. Or a whole new guild. I just want to have discussions.
- I understand all my raiders won’t be the top of the line. But we must delegate as a team to find the best 20 raiders. Where ever they come from sure. But still a discussion should be had.
- Officer consolidation. I would expect at least 1 person as representation for our former guild. But we can’t have to many chiefs ones no Indians. So a discussion should be had
- Like minded individuals and no drama.
