Not sure if it is a Bug, but I have tried to loot Doomwalker on several characters and doesn’t seem to be dropping any loot. Is there a Level or other restriction? Echey here looted him last year as I have the rifle, Mount, Toy, etc. So does that mean none of my character can loot it this year???
There is no guaranteed loot: in fact, most players don’t receive anything from any particular kill.
Toons 30 and up receive loot from any of the anniversary WB’s once per day. The loot is pushed to the toon so you don’t actually get sparkles and need to physically loot (you can even get the loot while running back from the graveyard if the boss dies while you are dead.) You will always get gold, anything else is just a chance.

4 toons done only one received the 272 piece, is this a bug? use to be each toon got something from the anniversary doomwalker, not sure if i should do the other toons or wait for a fix??

Did it. I looked, every single other party member got loot. Not ME!
Player gear from world bosses have never been guaranteed. You win some, you lose some.
hmmmmm i am sure all my toons got something last year, but yeah i see you are right just did a couple more and one received the other dident, 47 level 60s haha i wish i could pick which one got the good gears 
You can’t physically loot the corpse. Either gold or an item will automatically go to your bags.
I’ve only tried with level 60 toons this year, but last year all my level 50+ toons got something at some point. I don’t have lower level toons though.
So far, I got loot from 8 out of 30 kills, and every toon who didn’t get a piece of gear, got gold.

I got 272 loot on one level 60 character. Other characters got nothing. The only guarantee is that if you don’t have the mount yet it should drop for you.
