I understand why, since it’s twice the requirement of a 1H weapon. It just sucks to be halfway there and have nothing to show for it. I could probably farm out the Valor for an equivalent weapon in the time it will take me to get all this Primal Chaos.
Run higher keys. Soon you’ll think 1000 primal chaos is nothing more than junk cluttering your bag lol.
I have nearly eight HUNDRED Primal Chaos in my Reagent Bank with nothing to really spend them on. I already have a item level 405 Elemental Lariat and a item level 405 Embellished mail waist on my Evoker.
imagine how fury warriors feel
I don’t know, I think my rogue’s dagger was pretty close to that and it is only one hand.
I agree in base content we need more of this but I almost think they have increased them - just got 5 in my weekly and I don’t recall get that many before plus the dirt rate looks like it has increased as well.
These feasts and siege and hunts all should be giving 5 for the first one each day as well in my opinion.
I’ve gotten a ton in BGs, too. Not 1000, but i got about 60 PvPing on saturday and sunday.
Good to know, thanks! I haven’t PvP’d anything more than occasional random BGs since my arena days in TBC/Wrath lol.
Solo shuffle is pretty awesome for someone who doesn’t want to look for a static group. You DO have to win the BGs, but each one of those boxes gives a few. If you could farm ashran, thats the way to go. They are just a rush to the last boss, killing absolutely nothing along the way. Very fast, win or lose.
Problem is op doesn’t do said content really.
I have thousands of primal chaos from raid and m+ as is but I really think they should lower the cost of primal chaos on 392 crafts. Even with primal and concentrated infusions also costing 100/150 to make I am still swimming in them.
Meh.

Then why would he need the crafted gear?
The same reason you and I do. For a sense of progression.
I don’t want to sound like a snob or anything but I think the game is intentionally designed to be slow for people who only want to do world content. That was sort of the whole compromise people kept pushing for on these forums tbh – that they wanted a way to progress gear and it was fine if it was slow as long as they could get higher ilvls than before.
So, the wish was granted. Do world content and get it as slowly as the effort invested ought to reward, or do something with a little more oomph to it and earn the gear much faster.
Open world content lacking is a separate issue. Compared to other games in the genre its pretty bad.
Occasionally they strike gold with it like timeless isle but it seems they want everyone to spend a majority of the time in instances.
A separate issue I did not mention. Did you reply to the wrong person?
I think Timeless Isle is more nostalgia than actual good content.
Because it sure as heck wasn’t good content.
What’s all this now about Primal Chaos for a 2-hander?
I have not a small amount sitting in my bank right now, so if it can be used to say, upgrade my 2 2-Handers, this is welcome news.
You definitely did but you made up a scenario that didn’t even happen unless you are talking about titan forging that has been out of the game for almost 4 years now…
HARD disagree. Timeless isle was positively received when it was current content. There is a reason blizzard keeps trying to replicate it every expansion since.
TI gets an A in my book solely because of all the opportunities to send players falling to their deaths. RIP pvp servers.
Rares, Treasures and mob grind.
It wasn’t anything special really. It was just the somewhat “first” “Free roam” zone that wasn’t designed around having daily chores. It’s been repeated ad nauseum now.
If you actually introduced Timeless Isle today, peeps wouldn’t see it as any better than Zereth Mortis was.
