Yeah its happened to me before, not the same score but one team ‘winning’ and it ending a draw.
Chalk it down to some type of lag otherwise i dont know lol

Sometimes there a delay before the score calculation and it counts the next Tick. That’s probably what triggered the Draw.

This happens to me when we are 1 tick away from winning or losing. Give or take.

BG Blitz rating system is frustrating. Win 2 go up 20, lose two go down 50. It’s blizz just making you stay stuck in the hamster wheel.

I think there was maybe only a 10 point difference between the teams, happened in an EotS if it matters.

The obvious 200 IQ fix is to allow overflows and use that to break ties on periodic score ticks
But it then must be displayed clearly on the scoreboard such as
1516/1500 → WINNER
1502/1500
But we’re talking about a company that shipped a new BG that features carts that fail to give points half of the time.

Ah. I like it. We will call it the Disc Priest approach as a nod to their damage absorption.
