Hey guys,
I was wondering if I could get your suggestion. I’m currently divided between getting a 144hz monitor or 240hz monitor, 1 ms for games such as Cs go (mainly for Cs go), Wow and other Fps shooter games.
Should I get a 144hz monitor or 240hz? I wouldn’t mind forking up some extra cash for the 240hz one if it’s better. I’m currently pulling over 200 fps on Cs go.

IMO anything beyond 144hz is overkill in the majority of situations, but if higher refresh rates can be had without comprising the monitor’s other specs it can’t hurt. 144hz with good colors, contrast, brightness, viewing angles, backlight bleed, etc is better than a 240hz where those specs aren’t so great.
Also consider if your system is beefy enough to push more than 1-2 games at such high framerates. CSGO isn’t going to be hard to push that many frames with, but newer shooters and WoW will be.
for a game like warcraft you’re better off getting 144hz and as high resolution/otherwise nice of a monitor as possible.
you’re probably better off with the same for stuff like cs go too. i think very high level players would prefer the 240hz but the advantage that gets you is going to be super super small.
