Yes. The Grrlock and knowing that I would probably be playing a lot for at least 2-3 months convinced me to go ahead and buy the sub.
I think the Grrlock might be my favorite mount now.
I mean if the forums are anything to go by, usually the people that whine about the game the most are usually the first in line to buy these things lol.

Its okay, not everyone has the mental capacity to know when they are being bamboozled by a greedy company or not.
Also its your money so it doesnt matter if you unwisely spend it.

Normally I’d say I agree but for 12 months the “rewards” feel extremely lacking, if Diablo 4 had been on the docket sure I’d do it. None of the mounts outside the beetle and maybe the bunny lookin one hold any interest for me, overall for a 12 month lock in the rewards just feel “eh”.
As someone who has been subscribed for a very long time and will continue then hey extra stuff for money that was going to get spent anyway!
why get the sub when you can just buy the mounts you like later on the store?

Id love to get them but $207AUD is ridiculous.
Should have done similar to the last annual pass and just sign a contract type of thing that you wont unsub over 12 months and if you break it you lose access to the perks

Oh, yes… me saving on my sub and getting free mounts when I know I’m going to be playing for the next year is totally getting screwed! 
Same reason I pay for Amazon Prime and HBO Max for a full year up front: I know I’ll use it and I saved money.
It always amazes me how people think saving some money is somehow the wrong way to do something.
Two of them won’t be available and these ones are free, while I pay for a discounted sub fee.
