Hey there!
I am currently a 12/12M player who is currently looking for a new guild, on either faction. I am currently part of the Sellswords raid group, which take place in the guild of Eternal Kingdom on Proudmoore. We did our first Mythic N’zoth kill on June 12th, and keep farming it on a weekly basis since. I will take a particular interest in offers coming from guild who have reached top 200 US, and even more if you reached top 150US on this tier. For more details, see below.
The player
I currently main mage, but I am very, very open to which class I am going to gear up and play as a semi-hardcore mythic raider in Shadowlands, regarding the needs of your group, although I will probably stick to a dps role. I take progression raiding as a very serious matter, and will always show up unless it is physically impossible for me to be there. My prime quality as a player is that I will always look what I can improve, rather than sit on what I have already accomplished.
The man
I am a 29 years old PhD student. I am currently studying on neurocognitive effects of music on ADHD children. As this is a demanding and time consuming occupation, I had to learn how to efficiently manage my schedule to be able to conciliate my hobbies and my college life, so far successfully. Now, you may think i look like a serious person, and you may be right about it when we’ll be bashing our heads again the wall trying to figure out how to take down these huge hit point bags as efficiently as possible, but you couldn’t be more wrong when we’ll be out of it. Outside of raiding, I’ll always be that clown guy that always crack a few dick jokes then and there.
What am I looking for?
My prime, and inflexible criteria in a raid group Is that every single person in it must see eye-to-eye regarding the dedication and the effort that must be put through progression. To speak frankly, I’ve seen many situations in my 13-ish years of experience in this game where it was not the case, and you’ll agree if you did too that hardly anything is more detrimental to the moral and the life-span of a raiding group. The second thing I wish to find here is a long-term, drama and clique-free group with which I can laugh, have fun, and that I am always eager to log in and play with. Of course, keep in mind that I am a respectful person and expect the same from others. That said, I have a relatively colorful sense of humor (which is still very respectful) and nothing make me roll my eyes back harder than see the PC police and the anti-fun squad break through the door.
What can I bring to your rooster?
I am a competitive player who seek to always be a better-than-yesterday version of himself, seek to master his class and work for the team. I play many games outside of wow in my free time and always love to hang out with guild mates outside of raiding. My “life path” (both academic and WoW-ish) taught me countless time how to take critism and how to use it to improve where it is expected from me.
