The wack scaling of party-synced 120s in the 110-119 bracket it pretty much why I don’t play it.

syncd 120’s in 110 are fodder. 110 is a seperate bracket from 111-119. whats wack is the amount of players who don’t understand how the game works at its basic level.
Just goes to show you how long it’s been since I’ve played that bracket due to the wack scaling.
While I assumed you had some PVP experience to back up your point, A quick check shows you at honor level 1 and mine at 299 ( 301 now )
That shows me a couple things, but none more obvious than the fact you are talking out your butt.
As stated in about 2000 posts in the forums, the sync is broken from bg lvl 111-119.
If you think its simply a gear issue, get back to me when you’ve actually done some PVP.

ive posted the armory of my twinks in other threads. youll have to dig a bit deeper and use less hyperbole. 2000 posts is alot. while you’re searching stop and read some of the threads. i explain how to gear for pvp at 110/111 for pvp leveling. 60k hp at 111 just from crafted gear.
I fail to see what the issue is. Resto druids should absolutely be able to one shot people who come in super under geared…that’s our right. We should also be able to top dps and healing charts at the same time. Working as intended, fair and balanced game

(Incoming long post: TLDR; Should rename the 110-119 to 110-half level 120’s).
I’ve been leveling some Allied Races for the race heritage armor transmog. Also, I have a few other alts I tank or heal in 5 mans-dungeons for randoms in trade and solo queue in random battlegrounds in these two brackets, 100-119. This alt in the last bracket before level cap I was just about 255 item level (most of the bracket) and it seemed to be much higher than team-mates as some HP’s would be half to around 35,000 buffed. And then some around 40,000-50,000 buffed.
As Holy spec, using a few talents and wings I can easily drop those 30k-35k DPS/Healers very fast with CDs and Zerker buff. If it’s a Party Sync level 120, regardless of spec I can’t dent their HP bar, DPS or Healer and forget about Tanks.
Most importantly, I can have all healing CD’s up and can’t keep up a decent geared (around 250ish) in the 110-119 bracket if it’s a level 120. If it’s a Fire Mage or Destro Lock, even with a CD’s buffed GCD of 0.8, I can’t free cast to save them and Hands heal only saves them for a global or two.
Also in that bracket I noticed some neck abilities or corruption gear proccing in the 110-119 bracet, I honestly don’t remember in the 100-109 but the other one I’m 100% certain. On other alts I will pay closer attention to how much damage they do if I see them again but it’s not as common as in 120 for obvious reasons.
Here’s a few screenshots with names blurred but I modified the Spy AddOn that also gets their item level, neck, azerite armor traits and character window with gear. If you know deno (or NodeJS) I will put it on github so you can share your experiences. BTW I had about 15-20 more screenshots but just dropping 3 in imgur. BTW most level 120’s in party sync in the 110-119 bracket are about 75,000HP - 85,000HP, Tanks I’ve seen well over 100k.
you’re confusing 110 legion capped players who use enchanted necks because they dont have access to azerite gear with 120’s partysyncd. 110 is its own bracket. 111-119 is another. a 120 syncd into 110 gets a 170 ilevel template. capped 110’s are 250 ilevel or better if they’re running antorus weekly. a 110 legion toon will destroy a syncd 120 in a battleground.
you cant enchant the HoA and you cant use azerite gear without it equipped.azerite gear 100% works in 111-119 for ALL players.
Reminds me, maybe it was a bug on the Armory but there was a level 119 that had an item level of 333. It’s not this character as they’re Russian but here’s an example of their gear item level, how in they get 378 item level gear o.O
