So I’ve always had my res at 2560x1440 and refresh rate at 144hz and was always at 120fps in game, but just recently when I logged on I noticed my fps isn’t going above 60 now. Does anyone know why?
Your settings might’ve reset with the patch. Check if its being capped under Menu > Settings > Advanced. If Max Foreground FPS (top of the right column) is enabled that’ll cap your frame rate in game.

Check your monitor refresh rate as well. If it’s 60hz it won’t go above 60fps without tearing.
Uncheck v-sync if it’s checked itself back on after patch.
