Just curious. For someone that uses a 120 boost since patch 8.3 where do they start?
Do they get a quest that takes them straight to Nazjatar? Is their Heart of Azeroth start at 0? Do they have to do lots of the story quest to unlock their legendary cloak? Is it streamlined a little or basically just land in Zandalar(Horde) and just have to figure it out?
I haven’t used my 120 boost and just debating on using it now or waiting until right before Shadowlands comes out.

I believe the Heart is at 50 to start with, and if I recall correctly, you can immediately head to Nazjatar. They do have to do the full Cloak questline to obtain it at this time.
It’s been a minute since I burned my boost, so I can’t remember with 100% certainty.

Make a trial of the class you want to boost. It will be the same as a boost.
Pretty sure the heart is at 0 but it bumps up to 50 when you unlock essences when you get to Naz.

You’re definitely right about the heart bumping to 50 when you get to Naz, so it’s possible I just didn’t notice being at level 1 due to it not being the case for very long.

What about quests, can anyone confirm what that looks like with the boost?
What do quests look like? I’m not sure I understand the question.
But to answer your post if you boost a horde toon you start at the great seal and you’ll be prompted to select talents and your first azerite traits.
Then you’ll also notice you have two quests. One to go talk to Nathanos to go to Nazjatar and another to go see Ji Firepaw about allied races.
Once you’ve unlocked Naz and opened the portal back to Zandalar there you’ll notice Magni as he usually does just magically appears in Naz which is where you’ll start your cloak questline by talking to him.

I believe once you boost they put you at the point where you go to Nazjatar.
