120 Boost Felsoul Robes Empty Outer Ring

The outer ring has nothing to pick from- it’s totally empty, so you can’t get to the inner rings.

Same here. Just boosted a Warlock and the Felsoul robes outer ring is empty. I’ve tried disabling addons and clearing out WTF folder and whatnot. It’s not just a UI glitch.

Having the exact same issue. Hopefully they will respond soon…

+1. Boosted a mage, my Mountainsage Robe has no outer ring traits. Tried with and without addons, closing the game, reloading ui, even sold it and bought it back. No luck

I placed a ticket here is response:

We are aware of not all Azerite gear not being properly operational with the new 120 boost. We will get some members of the WoW team to check this out! CS doesn’t have a way to fix this item, so we are asking players to sit tight until the WoW team comes back into the office next week, or in the meantime, look to replace the chest piece with any other chest piece.

Fastest ways to get replacement Azerite chest piece in the mean time:

  • Progress into Nazjatar and get some Prismatic Manapearls to buy a chest piece
  • Get some guild members to run a high M+ dungeon so next week you’ll have a lot of residuum to buy a chest piece from Relinquished piece from one of the ethereal vendors
  • Run specific Mythic 0 dungeons that have a chance to drop a new 385 chest piece

I guess we wait until next week. Sigh.

If fixing the cloth chest pieces is going to take days to fix, please also add a method that we can turn off the warnings about “An Azerite power is available”. Very annoying to have this in my face, and no way to stop it.
