I normally do a month by month billing cycle and was thinking about doing a 12 month upfront payment on a couple of my accounts , i have a concern though. i recently got a ban on one of my accounts for 2 weeks it was baseless ban and was overturned apart from the fact the ban was for 2 weeks and it took almost 4 weeks to get a response for my ticket
.my issue if blizzard was to impose a ban again will game time be credited or will i be out a 12 month sub?
im feeling safer with the month by month because customer support is horrid at the moment the time to answer tickets is over a month out and automated responses are blizzards go to at the moment.
I’m am fairly confident in saying that if you get banned, you will not be able to get a refund on game time you missed while being banned.

If you are the type of player who gets banned, I recommend sticking to paying month to month. You will not get a credit.

cheers , didnt think i was the type of player to get banned , but linking (LF2m heroic AN 1 heals 1 dps) in trade chat was enuff to get me a 2 week ban , blizzard has just gotten really tough on so policys and im just a bit cautious , ill still to 1 month subs.
i only linked in trade chat 2 times as well and the ban came 1.5 weeks later.
I would have felt sick if I paid for a 12 month sub for Shadowlands then found out how bad it was. I’m very cautious of handing money over to Blizzard these days.
