According to a blue reply in the Customer Support forum section, maintenance extended time was an unplanned necessity. Unplanned extensions to maintenance can have multiple variables.
While I’m equally as impatient and unhappy about it as most of you, I’d rather log in to things working than not. Not everything needing fixed can be addressed in the background while thousands of people are logged into the game.
