We had news about 11.1 over three months ahead of the patch launch. Assuming 11.2 is coming sometime in August, it’s about time to hear something about it. I doubt they’ll wait till 11.1.7 to drop first in June before the 11.2 reveal, since that would not give a lot of time for testing, etc.
Anyways, hopefully it’s not delayed :-/.
Do a search on World of Warcraft 2025 roadmap. It appears that Season 3, TWW 11.2, will be out in early summer (i.e. July early Aug time frame)

the .7 patch usually goes live around the same time as the next season hits PTR.

Well first we need it to be announced, then a build will end up on the client that the data miners will then go a mining in.
