as it’s STOCK options it takes 0 as the stock is just paper that he can try to sell or borrow against, while it raises his net worth like most multimillionairs he likely has very little liquid capital.
Keep in mind if Blizzard stocks drop in price after the pandemic he will lose millions for every dollar in value they drop.
