Issue: I am spammed with system messages on every login on some characters, saying I have earned titles that I already should have. The titles span from the Shadowlands expansion to the current The War Within.
Same issue, mostly with Dragonflight Titles.
Was about to report this, though it only happens with my Evoker.
Edit: Now it’s happening with all my characters, but only when I mount/dismount for the first time after logging in.
I’m getting it too, with Shadowlands and Dragonflight rep titles.
I’m getting this as well, but only with the “Lamplighter” title from TWW. Oddly, it doesn’t happen until I mount or dismount right after I login, then I see the green flash of light on my character.
I just had this happen. Nothing until I mounted.
I also have this issue, but very specifically with the “Countess” and “Sin Eater” titles. I’m currently using the Sin Eater title, and it removes it from my character and has to be put back on every time.
I didn’t pay attention, but the titles returning once mounted does seem to be the case.
I’m getting a bunch of these too. It’s different on every character depending on their level and what they’ve earned (since not all titles are account wide). Not gamebreaking and yeah it’s a cosmetic bug but it’s still very annoying.

I’m curious as if this is an addon causing this?
It’s happening to me too, and I have no addons at all.
An addon can’t cause you to “relearn a title”… so doubtful.
I’ve noticed this too, on virtually every character I play - it’s all the covenant track titles (if they did Shadowlands) and the Dragonflight faction ones. Would probably be all the Khaz Algar ones too if I had any of them… I’m an altoholic and easily distracted, sue me, lol. On top of that, the “new patch stuff” screen keeps constantly popping up as well.
Same issue for me, with all the characters I play on TWW. I disabled all my addons, and restarted the game, but it continued to occur upon login with all characters.
I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed. It’s not serious, but makes Blizzard look stupid and apathetic.
Happens to some of my characters as well and if one of the titles that is being spammed is one I’m using, I have to reapply it every time I login.
I wasn’t going to chime in initially but this has been happening to me for ages now. All of the ones popping up for me are in the OP’s list.
This issue reminds me of the guild MOTD spam from earlier this year, which did eventually get fixed thankfully
