Please consider reverting the range changes to molten assault and crash lightning. it was a relatively small QoL change that make both talents feel a lot more fun. we just got it. pls don’t go back on it so fast

It’s pretty hard to test DRE right now. it definitely seems bugged or at least not working as intended. i dont know if extra LBs from say prim wave or the new arc discharge are counting for DRE but i would hope so. I did some testing on live and, in general, we do cast SS a little bit more than we cast LB/Tempest. Usually not by a whole lot but it be nice to see the proc rate adjusted accordingly.

I really like the idea of Molten Thunder. Giving more interactions with Sundering, imo one of our coolest and the only earth related spell enh has now, is great. but losing the incapacitate just feels like too big of a trade off. Maybe just the procs dont have the incapacitate idk. I want to use it in a single target storm build but i dont know if i can justify the loss of the incap. Also having it proc off of stormstrike seems a bit weird from a fantasy standpoint. I don’t hate it, but I sorta envisioned something like this would come with feral lunge going baseline and i always pictured it as some interaction with our flame spells.

The new doomwinds is a great QoL change. Consider taking it off the GCD. Also, while the AOE is a nice little extra, it really doesn’t feel too impactful. They’re changes in the right direction but if it were me, I would’ve consolidated some of the windfury talents, freeing up a talent point to put a new talent under doomwinds. It could be a choice node for AOE vs single target.

I dont hate the new mobility options with the stormbringer tree but it would be nice to have some better control over it. enh reeaaally struggles with mobility , so even outside of these changes i think we need a look at. when the talent for gust of wind/spirit walk cdr got removed, it was baked into gust of wind but never into spirit walk. spirit walk should have a 40s cd. Also, i think it be pretty cool if spirit walk and gust of wind were separated similar to earthgrab/windrush. I’ve never really played with gust of wind bc i think spirit walk root break is a must, but it looks really fun and having both options would help our mobility tremendously. Also, windrush or spirit walk need to be a true freedom. Removing snares only to be snared again 0.5s later is useless unfortunately. previous iterations of windrush were true freedoms and i think it would bring it more in line in terms of power for a 2 min cd.

the idea of a single target crash lightning sounds great but i think the condition of only hitting one target way too niche. I think it should read “crash only hits one target” buff the dmg, and maybe increase the animation size.

havent tested the totemic changes. to be honest, i dont ever see myself dragging a totem around. it does seem to me that blizz favors stormbinger more with the addition of all new lightning related spells with this update (VOLTaic Blaze, Molten THUNDER, new lightning animations to doomwind, etc.) . i’d like to hear some feedback from those who have tested the changes
