Enhance shaman 4 piece doubles duration of wolves. Does that mean elementalist is locked in for another season?
Even if they don’t change the enhance capstone talents going into TWW, storm can also access the 2/2 wolves CDR node so I would think this bonus would be good for all builds.

Stormbringer summons an extra wolf, so the tier set favors that somewhat.

True. And maybe that helps balance it assuming that wolf benefits from the extra duration. And maybe that’s part of why that wolf talent is part of the stormbringer talents to even out the power of wolves across the builds.
Was just thinking that elementalist maybe benefits more from wolves than storm - not just because they normally take 2/2 bones, but also because of the bigger bonus to more of their total kit via elemental spirits.
Hopefully some of the PvP nerfs to wolves get reverted or they don’t put an additional -50% modifier on the tier set. The physical wolves only provide +5/+5 instead of +15/+15 in PvP. I think elemental spirits is +10/+10 instead of +20/+20.
If they made Stormstrike deal Stormstrike damage the elemental wolves would suddenly be a lot better for storm builds.
But that’s just crazy talk.

Only if you proc lightning wolf. Physical still would seem better. At least outside of PvP: guaranteed 15% vs 1/3 chance at 20%.
