Many thought this week’s maintenance would drop the patch, and maybe it did… or at least snippets of it. What if each consecutive week, they keep putting out long maintenances and drop in 10.2.6 into multiple parts then deploy on activation rather than a “patch” day.
It doesn’t even have to be a Tuesday, it could coincide with April 1st to make it an in-game April Fools event just to screw with us in a fun way. Certainly be a surprise if it turns on without conventional patching just as the new day/month starts.

I thought Blizzard stated 10.2.6 would be released in March…
It’s releasing in March and if they put anything in the files it will be datamined

maybe they should learn the art of encryption.
The maintenance turned out to be pretty short.
My theory is that no matter what it is, people are going to be upset about it, because they’ve hyped it up in their head so much, it’s never going to live up to expectations.

I like to call this the Multiverse of Madness syndrome.
I feel like the secret finding discord would not allow a single pixel change to escape notice.
What if the new event is the treasure trails from OSRS? You get a clue, follow a few steps and eventually dig up a treasure?
They definitely dropped a bot banwave with the 8 hour maintenance.
r/wow and r/classicwow had a lot of cryposts yesterday.
