Been a minute since I made one of these posts. Still needs more Pirate Hats.
Which is a clean Segway to: My speculation for 10.2.6! All rampant speculation, but:
-A questline that sees your hero approach a portly Kultiran in a Pirate Hat at Booty Bay, complaining about the current state of affairs, and your character investigates leads; talking to some bruisers, Construction workers, and Baron Revelgaz, who is adamant that he’s low on founds to restore Booty bay since the Cataclysm, and gets jumpy when you bring up the Defias Brotherhood.
-The Ring of Booty is brought up, and becomes a proxy for the Brawlers’ Guild, with a story arc that progresses with every boss you beat, and small freehold dailies you do for any of the new Captains of Freehold. (possibly Freehold Rep?)
-The unexpected return of Harlan Sweete! he appears to have gotten little more than an eyepatch since you last saw him, but in truth, he’s teamed up with Zem’Lan to cause some manner of mischief, or to exact some kind of “Revenge!” he refuses to elaborate on.
-Swashbucklers’ shirts in new colors! More Cosmetic Pirate Hats! a new Rogue Toy, “Treasure of all treasures!!! The Chest o’ Pirate Hats!”
-and the Coup de Gras: Booty Bay updated, and populated with pirates from all corners, who decided to help restore the pirate port to its former glory, in hopes of ransacking it again some time in the future!
