Well that’s because Dire Maul ( Eldra’thalas ) was built in a time when the Night Elves had a caste system. Those with magic ( highborne ) and those with none. ( Joe nightelf ).
Only highborne get the luxury of being in those classical Roman-greek inspired structures.
Those highborne either died, became naga, or were banished to now a days quel’thalas after the sundering. So the only caste left are the Joe Nightelfs, who generally despise magic and choose to live in a nature culture. Hence another Auberdine, Starfall town vibe.

Agreed. Wasn’t there an expansion where the Alliance Army had to go into Orgrimmar and clean it out for the Horde? Where were the reparations that are owed to the Alliance? We should get at least that!

Second, you understand Elune let it happen because the souls that died were supposed to go to the Winter Queen to save Ardenwealde, right?
So if Sylvannas hadn’t burned it down, Elune would have done a mass extinction event on the night elves anyway as that was her solution to Ardenwealde’s drought: Kill a bunch of them, and send their souls to the Winter Queen as anima.

The horde had no way of knowing that as they were burning it and secondly, an extinction brought about by their own goddess as a means of saving the world would have produced many volunteers in a race as religious as the Night Elves, lore wise. Maybe enough to prevent unwilling death. On top of that, ritual sacrifice, willing or not, is much less traumatic than being burned alive.
My point being, keep the horde OUT!

I’m pointing out a tragedy was gonna befall the night elves either way.
You’re worried about Horde, when you should really be worried about “Dang, why was the goddess we worship just gonna yolo sacrifice nearly all of us?”

Wouldn’t expect a human to know what is going on in Horde / Goblin politics.

I can’t post links but a simple google search of who is the leader of the goblins in wow will lead you to this world of Warcraft official page about goblins.

And Gazlowe was the trade prince of the Steamwheedle goblins. This doesn’t change that — he runs two cartels now. He was not a bilgewater goblin, and merely assumed control over them.

You’re making it seem like goblin cartels a racial definition between goblins. It’s just an organization. A person can run multiple organizations at once and they would be the leaders of those organizations

What about the Blood Elves? SMC is still half destroyed even after all this time. And all only because Blizz says they are never going to do anything to change the old TBC zones on Azeroth. But they already added batttlepets and changed the levels of the guards so the places have been changed.
