What features do you hope that blizzard will add to the game in 10.2.0 in terms of quality of life?

Make gear crafting and upgrading easier and more straightforward.
Items have become a big shiddy mess. Figuring out which spark you need, where that spark come from, what mats you need, figure out what minigame the mats come from, hunt down a crafter, navigating their very serious and proprietary process for item upgrading that they are mad you don’t know, figure out if they’re ripping you off or not, figure out which of the 16 different form of crests you have, if you gotta click them from inventory or craft them up or down. Do I have those crests but in a packaged form or do I have to go farm more?
Why is it like this? Oh it’s so great for the people who have it all memorized. Everyone else feel like there’s a gigantic brick wall in their way. This all just has nothing to do with what WoW markets itself as.
Simplify the dang loot. Make it comprehensible, make it more inclusive. The chore list that forms in someone’s mind when they think about what they should do to work on their next item should not look like the blueprints for a deep space telescope. WoW team keeps going further and further in the wrong direction, the game needs to be there for more people. It can’t just be for Huokan.

You managed to make it sound way more complicated then it actually is.
Easing transmog restrictions?
Even if you can’t collect it, you may as well be allowed to transmog it.
I want my regular flying in Dragon Isles too. It would be nice if Blizz could at least give us a half-way start by allowing our mounts that the dragonriding dragons are modeled after to be used for dragonriding. The Renewed Proto-Drake & Highland Drake are model-rips from a combination of about half of our existing flying mounts. No need to customize them, I just want to be able to show them off.

There’s not a whole lot I desire for quality of life currently in the game, other than additional reagent bank slots and moving some of these currencies to the currency tab.
What more buffs could you possibly want for this. Game showers us with purps.
Bring the drops per person up to the level M+ is currently providing.
Uncapped flightstone? Make all the Flightstones and Crests Account bound so I can send it to my alts. I mean few 2 to 3 mains that I play have so many Wyrm’s Shadowflame Crest and Aspect’s Shadowflame Crest I don’t need more on them.
